How to make a wheelie bar.
Here is how I did it. I used a large paperclip, but you may find something better at the craft store. (I did this at work, heh).
You will need:
Gerber or something to bend paperclip around.
Larger paperclip.
Wheels from MINI TECH DECK skateboard toy.
1. Straighten the paperclip out.
2. Bend it like the 3rd from left. I bent it around the nose of a small Gerber.
3. Slide your wheels on. You may have to open the holes up a little, but I didn't.
4. Bend the paperclip like the 4th from left, and finally like the 5th from the left. They have to overlap.
5. Cut them off even.

You bend the paperclip length to your liking. Depends how low you want it to hang or how far to stick out.
Next you mount it to the rear of the chassis. Loosen up the heat sink screw and stick it in between the paperclip and use the heat sink to hold the wheelie bar down. You will need to get this pretty tight to keep the wheelie bar stiff.

No, I doubt it will be possible with out extra cells. The wheels came off of a Hot Wheels collector's edition diecast.

Yeah, you just bend the paperclip to hang lower or stick out farther. Here is a pic with the body on...

Well done as usual. I love paper clip building! I have used small craft beads for wheels, but these skateboard wheels look better.

Perform a search using "wheel mod". There are a few under the zip zap forum.

Gerber is the brand name they are usually refered to. They are basically called multi-tools. You can pick them up most anywhere tools are sold for $5 or so for the non-name brand ones. Here is a pic of the Gerbers. I use the needle nose one on top for this mod.
