Unhappy Making and painting a body....

Aright well ive red up on tons of posts about painting and making bodys but first up.....

Bodies: Ive herd about puddy, but what kind of a puddy, and how do you paint this making a glossy effect. Also what other methods are there of making bodys......

Paintin: Like ive seen all this primer stuff, but im paintin a car the size of my thumb im not gona go waste 10 bux on a spray can, let alone two. I want a cool effect but i dont wanna go out and waste my $$$ on a can of paint when all i need is like a half ounce of paint..... any suggestions?

These are some of the products I use .

Bondo , Squadron Putty , and Plasticote Primer .
To me Plasticote is the best primer for small scale
body work . It sprays pretty thin and dries almost
instantly . It cost $6-7 bucks at your LHS . If you want
to have quality customs , you will have to spend
money . It's just part of the hobby . Have Fun .
