AC/DC Peak Charger

I'm looking for a RTR AC to DC peak charger. No really looking for something that I'll have to mod. I'll be charging everything from single to quad cell bits.

1. What would you guys suggest?
2. Where should I buy it?
3. Is there a better plce to post this? (I don't want to clutter up the wrong section of the forums.)
