Nitros Bottle Racers
I was at Wal-Mart today and saw a mini RC in a small nitros bottle. The kicker is, this thing is tiny. The bottle says it is true 1:64 scale but it seems a lot smaller than that. From what I was able to see of the guts, it looked to be entirely PCB but who knows without buying one and ripping it apart. I think the price was $18 btw. Anyone have one of their own or seen them?

Yeah me. They are boosters and have dual cell. They are great except the fact that the rear axle is so bumpy it is crazy.

How about a name? What are they called & who makes them?
Since our Wal-Mart carries only toys the others didn't want and haven't had any tiny RC's since last Nov. I doubt I'll find those there...BUT I don't have one so I have to get one and any names or #'s on the package will work. Thanks
BTW- I think Hogjowlz has done this but just make the current slots for the axle solid again (epoxy or whatever) anduse a finger drill ( hobby stores usually carry them) and make new ones. OR if your slick apply vaseline or release wax to the axle and epoxy...etc. while it's in thenjust spin it afterwards till loose and no more hopping. ( there's more to it but I'm tight on time and not sure anyone cares anyway )

2f2f59, it's the dual gears the motor uses that causes the bumpyness. methinks they used 2 idler gears so you can go forward and backwards more easily but it makes the car jump a lot
