Question 4.0 motor???

Heard a rumor there is a 4.0 motor out for bits. Is this true?

yes there is, but the 4.0 that i got sucks.........lasted 2 days and now is dead..........i've heard rumors of a "king 4.2 motor"

the best motors ive found are the zipzaps looking ones that come in cheapo clones. they vary in torque/accel/topend but all seem to crush anything tomy makes.

I'm being sent a 4.0 motor from a UK site, I'll be putting it to the test and adding the results to my Motor Power/RPM tests.

the two i have arent bad...torque is pretty good they can run on my carpet...but on hardwood, you cant turn at all, i tried after going a few feet and it flips over. pissed me off so much cuz i cant do anything with it but go straight lol

i would only suggest buying it if you have a booster(gives it more torque) or duel cell

On ebay you can find teh Micro B 4.0 but on toyeast if you click on the lxx type r and on the picture in the bottom corner it says can be modded with the King 4.2 or soemthin...so there will definitly be a new perfection series motor really soon

i already put it in both my 350z's just gives more power..it's not that much faster from a standstill
