wont go straight

i bought a new celica off ebay.
but it was used.
the car will not go straight.
i chekced the axis and they are straight.
the tires were put in straight.
but it seems like the front wheels move by them selves when the car is going.
also the red wires on each side of the car in front by the megnet seemed to be sottered. is that why the car wont go straight?
please help me this car isnt refunable and i jus want to have it going. thank you.
