I would say, either slow it down a tad, addsome weight, or try different tires.

I've noticed that my Zap turns sharper than my bits. The steering set-up is just better.

it also is my only zip with microsizer wheels..would that have anything to do with it. i tried my other zips and they didn't hardly flip at all

here's the set up:
x-men zip zap (faster than other zips)
microsizer wheels and tires
orange gear set (microsizer)
honda civic body
NOS motor
tortion bar soft (three holes)

My dual cell Zip Zap has MS rims on it, and flips really easy. I was also wondering if the smaller front rims were messing with the stability. After reading your post, I'm thinking that's probably it.

When I made a tricell Zip, I put bit front wheels on it and it actually retarded the steering a little. I liked it though. It didn't flip over anymore. The Zap steering was sharper. My MS Pro has the ZZ steering in it and it turns much sharper than it did before.

I had MS steering knuckles, and it made my steering all goofy too. I also had to use a MS steering arm, because I broke the ZZ one. It messed with my steering geometry, and the wheels pointed out. Now I use steering knuckles from a a clone, with the MS steering arm. I had to dremel he insides of the clone steering knuckles to get my steering range where it should be, but the steering geometry is perfect, with a tiny bit of toe in, and using the oversized clone steering knuckle with MS wheels and steering arm helped remove some of the slop.

I'm very happy with the way it handles, considering the mess I got myself into, transplanting steering coils, and using parts from different cars, I was going to consider myself lucky if I got the steering working at all, but it all came together great, to my surprise. Now if I can just get it to stop flipping. I'm going to get some pullback wheels before I put a third cell in it, but I'm wondering if the weight from the third cell will help hold it down.

if you put the weight low it will help, but if you put it on top of the car it will most likely worsen the flipping
