ZipZaps micro's, anyone found pix?

Hi

I know this isn't a Tomy/Hobbico product, but I thought this section would get the most exposure. If you didn't already know, Radio Shack is coming out with ZipZaps, and today, zipzaps.com is up, with a clock counting down the days till they arrive. About 13 days. Coolness of the sets are hot swapable rims, racing tread tires, Fast & Furious replica bodies, PT's, Eclipses, Mustangs, etc, Spongebob bodies, tons of cheap cheap accesories. Wondering if any one has ran across any pix on the net or knows anymore about them? Or has tested one or anything?

ZipZaps....ummm...isnt that some brand of chips?

well hmm.ima have to look at these cars a little more, dont know if id purchase one, because im not a big fan of domestics

are they only made by radio shack of are they like the micro sizer a reproduction of a jap car?

and the link the the forom that namuna had it said that they had a less cartoony body than the bit...but that does not bother me.....

can you use them for bit parts or are they totaly different than the bit..

i don't think they can replace the bit.....

can you use there bodys on a bit

Those are all good questions...None of which can be answered until the Zipzaps hit the street.

One thing is certain though...This is a Radio Shack offering, Tomy has no part of this.

are they about the smae as bits are? and are the motors compatible?

With Tomy's, oem's, Microsizer and Zipzaps. Pritty soon there going to be such a selections of micro RC cars that you can have a race including in the lineup a Bus, Spongbob, Monster truck, Maro etc that I doute if you could finsh the race with out laughing you head off! Esp a race with a bus and Spongbob!

Wondering will the parts from a Zipzaps fit anything or too custom? Usualy RS will have stuff out before its time on some items. Hope they do it with these beast also.
