Hello!

I think you like small cars of all kinds, so please have a look at what I build:

They are bad quality beacause I had to use a webcam, but you get an impression, I think.

Please tell me how you like my "J-bit"!

That is some nice work there janniz! I would love to see a schematic of the circuitry if you have it! Also what motor do you use??? Is it a pager/phone motor?

You have to post more pics and some schematics and plans. I have to do this, no matter how much it costs.

The motor I use is from a broken micro-servo.

(it means: "There's missing a piece"
The other parts are regular R/C-parts, just small ones - thats why I can not post any ciruitry, sorry. I just bought these parts because i wanted to build a TTTT.
The ESC is from "mikroantriebe.de", the reciever is a modified "XP-8" by "Graupner". The steering-servo I use is called "Dymond 5.4".
The chassis was a LXX-clone where I first made room for the reciever:

The gear is made ftom the original servo gear and the LXX gear glued together. The next step was to build the steering. I used the original steering and I cut the thing that holds the magnet. Then I glued the rest of the servo-arm onto it. The servo-arm was also cut and a nail glued into it. The little springs are slot-car parts. Those were the softest I could find and they should prevent the wheels from falling off.

Then I tried how the parts fit:

The cell is 135 mAh-Lithium-Polymer.
Finally I shortend the cables a bit an soldered everything together. Would the Body fit?

The Beetle I use right now was allready painted, I just added some details.

The body is perfect for the "huge" servo. Lights should be added. The rims were made by a board member of "bit-racer.de"

I like your board and I read (and learn) a lot, but I don't understand everything. Thats also why I never posted before.

that truly is the ultimate bit. This is the second fully proportional bit I've seen but by far, this (which is the second one) is much better in looks and also in actual function

hey janniz, would you be so kind as to tell me where to get the parts(english site please) and how much they cost altogether. I can get the servo(s) from my local shop so dont include them in the pricing.

You should go on this fourm more often you can ask any one and we would be glad to explain anything to you some people even speak german I think
you are amazing at modding and I would love to build something like this myself
would it be cheaper to build something like this in a little bit larger scale?

Sorry, but I don't know no english sites for buying these products. But it shouldn't be difficult to get them. Maybe you can try this page: http://www.mikroantriebe.de/ but I dont know if they ship to the USA. But I think this guy does: http://www.tttt-parts.org/ and he speaks english too, so just mail him.

The costs are heavy (everything in Euro):
30,- for the ESC
15,- for the RX-Quarz
35,- for the Reciever
(18,- for the Servo)
8,- for the Lipo-cell
15,- for the Lipo charger

Motor, cables, Bit-chassis/body and other stuff was "lying around"

If you have no Transmitter, you'll also have to buy one. I own some because I also drive other (bigger) modells. The bit is contolled by a "EX-1" (KoPropo) which is very expensive and it has a lot of functions you don't need in such a small modell. But I allready owend all the parts and just fit them together.

I never would have bought these parts just to modify a Bit-racer!

Nevertheless its fun to drive this one!
