Lights
OK, I just kinda rushed through putting my lights on, but I switched the polarity somehow. Luckily, I had a friend over at the time and he noticed as I was cursing Toy East for sending me janky parts. i switched the poles, and they work great. Only one problem -- they don't fit. I tried moving them around, and NO position seemed to work for me. The post off the LED is holding the 'strut' down causing too much friction in the front wheels. I can probably shave the length of the posts, but would really like to know if anyone has been succesful with lights in an accord. If anyone has, please let me know. Thnks

Thanks for the welcome. Yeah, I definately ordered the ones for the accord wagon. I can see the lights fitting, but its gonna take a few attempts I think. Its just a very tight sqeeze. And the light kits for different cars are really the same I think. The LED's are a very basic LED that I've seen a hundred times, I even have one in my keychain right now. But I have become addicted to Bits, and I've looked at every page I can to see an accord with lights, and I never have. I was just curious. But again, thanks for the welcome, you guys have a great forum, I'll be around for a while!

Like I said, I think they're all about the same. It just comes with grey & white wire, the LED's, a switch, a couple batteries, posts for the wires to contact the batteries and sticky stuff for mounting. I'd seriously just order whichever one you find cheapest. Or you could just go to a hobby store and buy the same supplies. I think I heard someone say they got everything for like $5. I'd ask Tinyrc or really any pro before listening to me though. Alex said that batteries are different sizes for different bodies, so you could just go to any watch store to get a different battery I think. But if you order a kit for any sedan, It should fit in the wagon. Am I wrong anyone?

Thanks Carb0. I got the lights themselves in the body, but the front wheels aren't turning due to the light post hitting the rubber. I just need to do some tinkering with it. I'll post some pictures of the finished product. I had bought my car and the lightset from ToyEast, but I just wanted to know if anyone else had actually got the car to be functional with the lights in it. I guess I should have clarified, sorry.
Does anyone else's lights have a blueish tint to them?

I had the same problem with my Toyota dB. I used 5mm LED's and they were too big. I just used my sanding wheel on the ol' dremmel and sanded them to be a bit flatter. They work fine.

Here was my first attempt at adding LEDS to my Yellow Toyota Opendeck bB. I just used two 3mm mega bright blue LEDs and connected them to a CR2032 battery. I was lazy and didn't do any saudering, and just used tape to hold the battery. The leads on the LEDS were easy enought to bend into shape. If I want to turn the lights off (since I don't have a switch hooked up), I just take the body off, and move the leads off of the battery.
Thanks.
