My Bit
I finally got my Bit Char-g WRX! But I also got a gear set. if i use one of the gears i have to use a whole new axle. But the only problem is that the normal axle is gold. It looks retarted with one gold and one chrome like axle. is there any way to just change the gear and save the axle? So I can just somehow use the old axle and use a new gear ratio?

or wait a minute, cant i just use a different gear that connects the motor and the axle instead of using the stock orange one? All of the gears that connect the motor and the axle are different sizes. But the only problem is that it won't be as effective. Also, if I do that, is it bad for the bit?

yeah...thats a dillemma...I have the same exact setup as you. I have the white wrx and the axle set. I just took my little brother's zexel (black) axle and used it for the light blue gear ratio and that looks...OK... but if you want it to be all the same you could just pull the pins out and change your front wheels. Ive found that trying to change gears around to a non-factory type way makes the cars bind and not run as well, even if it is the correct gear ratios.

well, i decided to just do a fullsize wheelset mod. how do you seperate the rim, axle and the gear? or just seperate the rims from the gear and the axle? Do you have to break it off? Or cut it? I don't wanna break anything unless absolutely nessesary. I only have one bit so i cant use any other front wheels...
