mine doesnt work

i got my digi Q today, i put it on the charger with the car turned off and the controller on, the light goes red??
i then put the car down and the controller pretty close and still nothing??
the light was green at one stage and the light was on for about 18-20 mins and i thought wtf.

i just dont know whats going on
and yes i have turned on my car after i take it off the charger

Hehe, Digi-Q are NOT Bits Shypo.

You did it right;
1. Turn off car
2. Turn on Remote
3. Insert Car into charging station on Remote
4. About a second later the red charge light should go on
5. Wait about 15 minutes (yes, that's right 15 minutes is the charge time)
6. Once complete, the charge light will turn green (indicating full charge)

Remove the car, turn it on and start racing

* Also note that it takes about 5 charge cycles before you achieve peak performance.

ok i let it sit on the charger for the time until the light went green, i turned on the car left the controller on, pointed it at it. NOTHING??????
then i turned them both off turned them both back on NOTHING

can someone suggest anything to help me, this is really starting to piss me off

Shypo, also, did you check that your controller is on the same ID number as your car? On the controller is a switch that lets you select numbers 1-4. The ID of the car is on the rear license plate, and also on the bottom of the car, molded into the plastic.

I hope that's your problem and that the car works right away.
