TinyRC State Embassies

so far we got Texas, Indiana, South Dakota, and Maryland....... once we get this started, more people will catch on and then we will be able to divide the states up and have meets all over the place.

we just need a starting point, someone who is willing to be the guinea pig...... I live in the middle of nowhere and dont have efficient space or else I would do it. just one person, no matter what state..... someone who can do this, some guys in the same state from this forum can go and tell us how it went..

Kansas City Missouri here. I already have a growing # of racers(6-10 ppl and growing fast.) that race in my upstairs. Team Shen is growing rapidly. We need to find a place with more room. But beer is permitted at my track No smoking though!!

hey man...... I'm all about drinking beer and screwing around racing with some buddies......... but we are sorta talkin about like everyone can come and race, whether you know them or not....... and i dont think drinking around some little 10 yr old preacher's son would be very cool........ but hey, knock one back for me bro........l8r

I agree 100% Thats why I was saying we are looking for a bigger(better) place to race. I hope more people respond to this thread and we can get something rolling!!

yea, well we really need to TinyRC to support this idea........ they have acknowledged the idea, but as for supporting and perhaps sponsoring it, i dont know......... but we do need to get this together and rolling.........l8r

well, TheFanMan and I probably would be willing to hold a race, but i dunno how big it could be. There are a few people (mostly high school kids) that might be interested but if there is anyone else in Seattle, Washington, or surrounding areas, who would like to help us organize one for here, email either:

so far thats like 5 or 6 states that ppl have volunteered to help get things started........... but we still need more....... cuz although people in Rhode Island and Connecticut may not have trouble traveling all over the state, i think the ppl in Texas, Alaska, and Cali would think otherwise.......... so cmon ppl, lets get more info posted about this.......l8r

this one is for TinyRC........ maybe yall could at least make small add-on to the forum called "By Location" ........ then the people around that certain could just get together and talk and make up their own races and stuff, since this first idea is going no where........l8r

Tiny is probally busy improving this site. or he might even have a life outside TinyRC.com! so mellow out and go play with you car or somthing but dude stop being rude he'll give you a answer when he can not like thease Embassies will go up over nite if you got that much time to post then you got enough time to start your idea you dont need tiny to tell you to jump off a cliff do you?

In my opinion, i think county embassies would be better than state. Especially in the bigger west coast states. I doubt people will want to travel 8hrs just to go to a microRC meet.

But hell, i'm interested

I'll take care of the FL chapter..... I'm in the St. Petersburg, Tampa Clearwater area. I already have a big spot in the open to race. If anybody is interested drop me an email.....
