No, perhaps in this case he shouldn't. Someone knows who he is, or at least which district he works in. I understand his hesitance. Really crappy that he feels the need to silence himself, but there ya go.

Yeah, everything that was said in the other post was true. Depending on how you interpret the memo, I am breaking my contract for doing this:

Tracks aren't hard to get. As for the zips, it'll depend on your area. I'n my area, it's looking like march till you can walk in and buy one.
