In search for a town { for a bus! }

First no not yet. Dont have a town built yet. Still in the planing stages for a town for my bus and even a few cars to cruse in. Been put on hold working on some clients stuff.

Was wondering any HO's out there have any experences with Faller HO bld? From the snapshots the suff is very good detail and decent price with a lot of different blds and road surfaces to pick from. Even found some "small shelted" bus stops. and a city multi-lane busstop.

They also have a system using burried wire and magnets to steer a truck or car around a "city!" With a few mods and a spare receiver board could have a nice truck. Uses a worm gear drive and recharagable bat like a bit but runs for hours! steering the front end with a super magnet and a metal cable to mark the route.

I have experence with Atlas and the others who make building but not impressed with the quality of there stuff.

I have one idea that may be very cheep to do but still look good.

Not bad on the blds! A lot better than what I have found around Target, KbToys and Toy R Us. That stuff is junk! Had better stuff when I was growing up.

Oh the idea is this. I can get long rolls of photo paper and a Epson has the abbility to print up to 44 inches long. Take some panaramas of local store fronts scale, print and cut. Kind of how they do the blds in some of those 3d raceing games.
