Wheelies can easily be accomplished with the dual battery mod. Why? Not necessarily because of extra torque, but because you've slapped additional weight on the back of the car. If you want to do wheelies, tape 3 quarters to the 'wheelie bar mod' you did and try punching it forward.
Remember, a true 'wheelie' bar isn't for doing wheelies, it's to keep your car from lifting too much in the event it DOES a wheelie.

my way of doing wheelies
Buy hte fast and furious tuner kit form radiohack (the one with the "NOS" motor). This motor has ungodly levels of torque, but not very fast. I recommend not using the gearing mentioned below for actual racing, use hte orange gearing instead. Youll still get excellent torque and a decent top end.
You can either now:
1) try to fit the motor unmodded into the BCG (i dont recommend this)
2) modding hte motor so that center "bump" on the motors contact is gone. (recommended)
also use the blue gearing.
now put her in reverse and slam it forward after going back about 3-4inches. If you do it right, the car will do a wheelie, prolly a really big show-offy one depening on your surface and charge level.
It may not be as impressive as an off the line wheelie, but since these cars are all or nothing, i prefer the reverse forward wheelies so i know i can have control off hte line.
One problem with wheelies like this, it may make your car turn a bit to the other direction. And I did trash my blue axle after doing climbing tricks for a weekend with it (its got that much torque, but i was using it on a booster as well).

I got this cheap bullet bit from wallgreens and it can do wheelies with a 1.0 motor it came with but it has a very bad battery life
