how does the dnano handle the mini-z f1 wheels/tires? too much weight? to heavy to turn quickly?

WOW! I like that six wheeled F1 car! Yes! Kyosho, please bring us F1 Dnano's!
I'm also curious about those larger wheels. I bet it slows it down some and steering must be strange.
But why not just use a Micro-T for the Buggy? Or is this actually smaller than the Micro-T?
