I think they are in FL. From what I understand, Kyosho has been trying to shut them down since they found out about them, and, that they are rolling them out at HTUSA suggests that their efforts may be increased soon.

I finally did receive my order, but it took close to 3 weeks to get it with no communication on there part.

He's (dNaNoshop) about 3 hours from me in Miami and is terrible with communication. Site looks like it hasn't been updated since it went live and his prices are crazy.
