Micro RC Boats...???
I would like to find some information about building a very small scale RC boat. I did some searching around the web and couldnt find anything about scratch-built boats. I did find the 27mhz RTR boats but thats not what Im interested in at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

You could use a ZipZaps (or other) chassis to power your micro boat. With motor speeds ranging from 10,000 to 34,000 RPM available, tons of gear ratios and proportional steering (on the SE’s) you should be able to get just about any performance you want.

Hi,
although http://mikromodell.de/ is in German, you should not have too many problems using this site for getting started. The site includes material on micro-submarines (look under "U-Boote") and boats ("Schiffe"). Drawings and other helpful data are provided.
Have fun,
Fred
