liths
okay i plan on getting liths but i have a bunch of questions
1) could i use this charger
http://cgi.ebay.com/Ultrafire-Charge...QQcmdZViewItem
with theese cells
http://cgi.ebay.com/Xmod-Lithium-Ion...QQcmdZViewItem
2) does anyone know where i can get cheap liths and a cheap charger (i dont wanna break the bank for liths i spent nearly 200 on my xmod already lol)
3) for speed if i have 6 cells the weight will give it better traction and turning but with liths if i turn will it just roll over.
4) would a aaa battery holder work for the liths i showed above i know the liths have no nipple (nipple hehehehe) and if not do you know where i could buy some and for how much

1) Think I answered that one in another thread.
2) Battery Space
3) You have more weight, but a more important factor is, where is that weight? LiIons let you sling that weight low for a good center of gravity. You shouldn't be rolling.
4) If they're AAA sized I suppose they'll fit a AAA holder, but honestly I've never seen anyone do this. Most people solder wires to them and plug the wires.
I really wouldn't skimp on the charger. Save up the money and get yourself a decent lithium charger. You're already making an investment, protect it, and yourself. LiIon batteries can get pissed off if you charge them wrong. And by pissed off I mean on fire.

You unplug the batteries from the car and plug them into the charger. It's the sameway Atomic Mods guy does his:

It really depends on the charger. Some of them you put the batteries in the charger like the auction you linked. Others you hook up to a battery pack. They both have advantages and disadvantages. If you want to be able to switch out the batteries and run the car while another set charges, use the battery boxes and the charger you linked.

i bought this charger if any of you guys are familiar with it could you tell me if this is a smart charger (it has characteristics of one) and if i could just charge my batteries and go away and not worry about my batts catching on fire or if i have to constantly look after it
just wondering if my batts did catch on fire would it be a HUGE fire or just a little flame that would burn itself out before causing any damage

I'd just keep an eye on them through the first charge cycle. If they don't get too hot I wouldn't worry much about it.
18g wire should be fine.

Depending on what kind of wire they have, I'd just go ahead and put a beefy wire on them. They're going to be pumping out a lot of juice.
