if its because of loosing grip then try awd and or foam tires, try a gripier racing surface too.

So much of these depends on the surface you are running on. Roughing up your tires or using treaded ones will help, on surfaces like concrete.

Soft slicks will work better on smoother floors. Making sure your tires and the surface is clean will also help.
