It would be nice to have pinions that can be changed without a special puller tool. I think that is a most welcome feature. Those larger bearings would make a bigger difference over the bushings.

Just an opinion. dododo.
EDIT*
Dosn't seem so when you're looking at the actual thing though.
Quite similar on paper.

Look's like the 1/28 scale world is getting interesting with new Xmods, AWD Mini Z's and who knows what else will pop up soon.

XMODS Deal
Hey, I just got this coupon in my XMODS newsletter. It’s a pretty good deal. You can get a starter kit and a matching body kit for $35, they’re usually about $50.
You print it out and take it in the store. You’ll have to get on it tho cuz the offer ends Sept. 14.

I figured what the heck, this link is to a thread on Mini ZRacer about these new Xmods. I for one like the new chassis. I figured the least I can do from all the Mini Z links I put up.I also figure that the AWD Mini Z would cost quite a lot compared to the new Xmods Evo sets.

The $35 coupon technically applies to ALL XMods starter kits.
A few have gotten the Gen3 with matching body kit for $35 on Direct2u.
But it seems that now, on the RS computer, they are 'out of stock'.
I guess they don't want people buying them.

No, it's the new race-tin chassis.
I somehow thought they had a similar layout.
With a 130 size motor placed in the middle-front for the servo.

Is the new xmod available for the store manager to order for the store?
HammerZ
Thanks for the link. That mini-z might be a little expensive Ill probably will go with the new xmod and throw in some hobby grade electronics (since there seems to be plenty of room).
