Well i drove my stock zzmt for a bout a minute before i decided to rip it apart and make a man out of it. After taking it apart i realized that making two axles out of the parts wouldnt be to hard. So thats what i did. Next i made a center trans using the stock idler gear and xmod drive cups, but i'm not so sure if i'm gonna use it, because it uses the stock motor, and thats no fun . Next thing will be a "tube" chassis using larger copper wire. Oh and by the way this car wont have the motor in the back like stock. I know this would give better performance, since its more weight, lower down. But i dont think a stock motor would be able to push a driveshaft through all the u joints. Thats about it for now. i'm not totally sure yet. I have a motor that has the same can diameter as the stock motor, but the can is longer. I might do some tests to see if it will work. If not i'll probably order something. Can someone help me out to somewhere i can find some high power small motors?
