It handles it like a stock S1. I have it assembled slightly differently than how I got it (took off rear screw posts, used locknuts to move servo cover up to clear my new servo). From my standpoint, the chassis looks really well thought-out, and I love it. Zero, if you're ever in my area and it doesn't have a stripped gear, I'll let you lay a lil' rubber with it (I'm near Paramus, NJ). BTW, here's a chassis pic with the old setup:

I dont know how much I will be liked after this seeing as how everyone likes this chassis so much, but I have found a competetors site that has a complete kit(front and rear decks, chassis, and plate that goes on the front to mount the front assembly.
It is $59.99 and is designed to work with the lithium kit, also on the same page.

i know its been a while since any posts here but does anyone know when the pan chassis' will be in stock?ive been waiting for like months now and ive got everything ready for the chasis including a mini-z pcb and nelly turbo.srry im so impatient

I've been busy, delivery expected from the CnC shop next week.
I'm ready to package and ship to the shop.
And yes, the flat pan version will be in this order, A.K.A. the "X+".

kool.il be waiting for the shop to restock.will the pan chassis have and upper deck like the pro mod chassis to mount the esc/servo?im getting excited just thinking about the chassis  and finally getting to play with my xmod again

i got a ques bou tthis though. i want to get this chassis with the mod chassis and want to know if the blue bird bms 303 would work without lots of modification
