The red tail lights are off the concept version of the New Mustang convertiable.
The front lights are off a Ford Turino or Ranchero? Or is it a Caprice?

Yes , you're right!! the taillights are from an 04 mustang, and the headlights are from the starsky and hutch 76 gran torino..
