ZipZap SE Duty Cycle mod completed
I've got the ZZSE Duty Cycle mod completed. It provides about 40-60% more power to the ZZSE motor, with or without the FET mod.

Very impressive. How does this mod compare to a mosfetted mod in terms of speed and torque? Also, where can I buy the dc mod board?

This provides a larger increase in performance (particularly for older first and second gen SE's that use a maximum 30% duty cycle) than the MOSFET mod, since it doubles the power to the motor.
I haven't done exaustive testing yet, but I suspect that a car with the DC mod would be faster than a car with the mosfet mod, given the same setup.
The DC mod isn't quite production ready, I've still got a couple of reliability issues to work out (the controller wants to reset on me in some cars, gotta figure out whats causing that before I start selling it). And I'll be on vacation from the 18th to the 1st. So I'm planning on having it ready to go in January.
Currently I'm the only source. Once I get all the bugs worked out I'll publish the source code and PCB design and anyone with the equipment to program the microcontroller will be able to produce them.

Yup, it works on all the SE models I've encountered. Most people aren't equipped to test the motor duty cycle, so a large sampling of cars is difficult to get, but I've check about 8 and found only two different schemes. The chip has a jumper to allow you to select which one you want (and a second jumper to disable the operation of the chip, allowing stock operation).
Shipping is just the price of a stamp, no additional charges unless you want it delivered using a priority mail service.

I've updated the MRCC thread. Sorry for the delay, I'm on vacation until January, and I've been busy setting up a new laptop (early christmas gift )
The DC mod will be $10 as a kit, $17 if I install it, $30 for me to install the DC mod and a FET mod together (that's the FET mod at the regular price and the DC mod at the kit price, installed, savings of $7). Sales will begin in January, probably around the 10th. Depends on when I get an order of new chips in.
