Pro. ( I assume you are talking about AM's kits?) I have never used the quick kits. So I can't say if they'll fit, but I bet it could be managed.
Is that what you are running into?

Not trying to answer every question.
But I ran into the exact same thing. I emailed Zero about it and he said to check the two front suspension towers and make sure they are lined up properly. I checked mine, and sure enoungh they were (VERY slight misalignment) out align.
You might check yours. As soon as I corrected it they worked fine and smooth.

A little silicon or graphite lube on the steering nuckles helps also since they are at an angle and rub the sides of the C-gr chassis. The Al nuckles seem to work well with the C-gr.

Sorry Guys!! been out of town a lot recently...........
Allaboutav knows most of my tricks!! Thanks man!
I've used Li-ions in AA holders by removing the front/rear deck supports completely. The 1.5mm chassis is more rigid. Silicone or Goop works well with single cells.
Built a touch of camber into the front which helps the steering, but you must have everything lined up to minimize binding. I like graphite powder up front, doesn't attract dust!! Teflon powder is also an option.
The Silver Texalium has a very thin metal weave composite laminated to CF. Yes it will conduct electricity!!! Hence the nylon stand-offs which do a good job of insulating as long as opposing screws don't touch.

Here is the Silver Tex. chassis #01 which I got from the shop as soon as they came out. Still need to get the Li-Ion's and full GPM blue + silver alloy parts. Already have NML stage 11, CF driveshaft, bearings and 2x2 fet upgrade installed.Beautiful chassis!!!!

Where'd Zero Products go???
I just ordered a CF chassis today and was going to DL the instructions from the web site but kept getting an error message saying www.zero-products.com could not be found.
Anyone know what's up with their website?
TIA,
Rice

Thanks for the offer, looks like the site is back up and running now. I've got what I needed saved to disk now, just waiting for the chassis to arrive in the mail.
