Unintentional donuts
Hey all,
I'm having alitle trouble with the steering on my Digi-Q. If I set the steering trim to centered and try to drive the car foreward it turns left. I then turned the steering trim further to the right setting, and then all the way right. At this setting it will still turn left when attempting to drive straight, but not as much. Still, i can't get it to go straight. I've only run through 3 charges so far and it gets worse every time. Any ideas?
Thanks,
mcfitch

Ooops! I don't know how the hell That ended up in the gallery section.
Anyway, I fixed my donut problem. I just took it apart and cleaned out the gobs of cat hair wrapped around the rear axel. Before I did the right rear wheel would barely turn.

One of the habits I've gotten into after using ANY of the cars I have is "clean-up". This is when I reshine the body, freshen the tires, clean off the axels (CAT HAIR/human hair, grass, thread, etc), clean up the motor and lube as necessary, check for broken parts/missing parts, and then charge batteries. Its my list. That way, its out of the way next time I want to race the cars!

you charge your batteries after you get done driving? doesn't that effect the "memory" of the battery or something?

OOPs! I meant to say that I charge my NIMH's (not bits or Nicads), so that I can just "top them off" when I want to race the car. There's no memory probs with Nimh's. My error on the previous post.
