AWD problem
I just put the awd in, and it is binding up. What is happening is the drive shaft is floating twoards the front of the car to the point where it is not making good contact with the rear gear, and when it moves forward it also presses against the front gear causing the car to bing up. It moves maybe 1/8 of an inch. Anybody else have this problem, I am looking for a fix.

When you reattached the rear bulkhead, did you put it in the right hole for your wheelbase? 1/8th of an inch is about the distance between the settings.

This is the gap that I am trying to get rid of out of the front wheel drive gears.
This is what is happening. The rod shifts forward, comes out of the rear gear and binds up.
I don't see a way to adjust this out of the car.

What I did was put a homemade bushing around the axel. It keeps the geer in place while alowing the axel to still spin freely. Seems to work well.
