Are you using the stage 2 blue motor? If so, it gives you slow acceleration
Are the batteries your using even alkaline batteries? If their heavy duty batteries they just won't work

Try either the yellow or red motors, and get rechargable batteries. Heavy duty batteries are terrible. I had them in my Xmod and it would hardly even move.

It depends on what type of race your into. The white motor gives you the best launch off the line but no top-end speed, if you are on a track with alot of twist and turns and no straight aways then thjis is for you.
If you are into the 1/4 mile(46 feet) drag, use the red or yellow motors. The blue motor. I think that it's best for oval tracks and/or street racing. Some place where you have alot of room to let the top-end fly.
