SE problem!?

hey folks,
my friend's ZZSE is having some problems. After he charges it up, when he goes to run the car the little bugger barely moves (as if the battery was already dead).

Is there anything he can do?
And where can we get our Zip Zaps fixed in Canada?

Try taking off the back axle and make sure there is nothing caught in there. Check the front axle too. Try replacing the battery in the transmitter.
