have you tryed to fit the body with out cutting? if it does interfere where does it interfere and how bad is it. dont worry about only being 16 im only 13 it just takes screwing up and learning what to do or not do . the materials you will need are a knife, a ruler, various files and sanding tools. i like to use a pair of side cutters for big cuts that dont have to be perfect
P.S. you have carbonfiber chassis under comming soon in your signature twice

NOW WAIT UP HERE!!!! AMT/ERTL???
If you got an AMT/ERTL model it should be very easy to mount it on an X-MOD body if its soft plastic
thats all i have to say!

hes got a point. just because one amt/ertl 1:25 scale car might have fit on an xmod chassi w/out a problem, doent mean that all cars of the same scale will do the same.

no no no no no no
u got it alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll wrong
you dont cut the body u extend the chassis
u make plastic tabs to lengthen the chassis and put them in between the back and front peices of chassis
(Then u extend the drive shaft IF U WANT AWD TO WORK otherwise just take out the driveshaft)

man, mounting a die cast body on an xmod would weigh it down a LOT....but if your just doing it for show then good luck.
