ok thanks all

um i might put it on ebay.

and i didnt put it on becuase some people said it was too big. If you did cut a hole in the roof im sure it would cool down the engine.

thanks again,
Marc

P.s. im making it smaller.

what would people be willing to pay for this ?

pay

seeing as how the same thing can be done with super sculpey with paint and some sanding or a part from a model, I'd say no more than $3-$5 shipped. I personally would make it myself rather than pay. I wouldn't sell it because it wouldn't be enough $$ to be worth the effort of making them. and yes...still WAY too big. That's 2x the size of a sunroof, a real scoop is maybe 1/3 the size of one.

too long and wide

mainly, it's too long. I'd make it maybe an inch or inch and a half wide by 1/4 to 1/2 long with the opening being maybe a little higher, perhaps 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch (I'm guessing here, becaue I don't have a ruler. Look at how small the scoop is on the Beamer, that's what you should go by. The scoop you have doesn't look good on your car, but would be bitchin' on a 69 Camaro's hood!

**edit** Sorry I stretched the forum Neuro, but I had to in order to be able to see the scoop well.

**edit**edit** Here's another roof-scoop pic 4u.

i am selling it email me your highest amount. bmxboy9312@yahoo.com

and i only make them for civic/rsx becuase i have those bodys.

if u send me ur skyline body i will paint the scoop and form it for like the cost of paint shipping and handling and just add 7 dollars to that

your roof scoop is entirely tooooooo big. you being twelve and not having much auto-pleasing experience, try playing nfsu (Need For Speed Underground) that should give you HUGE hints on what people like about roof scoops.
