Unfortunatly, no matter what I do, my computer freezes when the shockwave bar get to about 3/4. Does anyone have any screen shots?

What !! you can't read Japanese ??? Just kidding, I had the same problem at first. The letter A makes the bit go forward and the letter Z makes you go reverse. Use the arrow keys to turn the cars left or right.

YAY!! I got the game to work. We just got a new internet thing that makes downloads go about twice as fast. I've only done two races, but so far my best race was with:
-NSX
-Soft tires
-12:1 gears
-Soft suspension
-1.0 motor
-Track Type C level 1
Times:
1=00:30:72
2=00:29:14
3=00:28:36
4=00:33:49
5=00:28:32
------------------
Total=02:30:27
Off to level 2 now!
