Overland Rally Lights

I added the mini-z accesory lights and they work pretty good. But I need more light because I drive using a spy camera at night around my house. I don't know anything about capacitors or resistors and I want to make a rally style front light bar with like 4 bright LED's. Can anyone help me? Perhaps a simple wiring diagram.

Okay, the BEST way to do this is to get 3 bit char-g batteries, preferrable Nimh with atleast 110mah capacity.

Solder these together in a small pack to make a 3.6 volt battery pack.

Use a small DC power connector (to use as a switch and a charging jack)

Wire four 5mm Superbright (atleast 7000MCD) white leds in PARALLEL, that is all the positive legs of the LEDs wired together and all the NEGATIVE legs wired together.

Then just solder that up to a small DC connector, and you have a bright, rechargeable headlight that should light up the road clear as day.

Note: The reason i recommend a SEPARATE battery pack is because you get terrible results using the car battery.....everytime you step on the throttle the lights dim.

Yay! That sounds perfect. I'm going to do that right after work! Only thing....how do you charge the batteries? Will hooking them up to a couple AA's work?
