Spinbrush, Stock FET's & RCP track

I did the Spinbrush mod awhile back and have been waiting for my Track to come in to really test things out. I have read several posts here that said the spinbrush motor runs cool. Well not in my case. After about 50 laps I picked up my car and OUCH!!!!! The bottom of the car was hot. I took the body off and touched the heat sink on the motor. OOOOOOOOOUUUUCH!!!!! It burnt my finger. Now, I have the bearing kit and AWD in this Skyline and it turns free. It is not binding up. Also I noticed that, (with this RCP track) anytime I went into to a corner at any speed higher than a medium gallop the car rolled over. I was wondering, am I getting too much grip and loading up the motor? That would explain the heat in the motor and the FET's, maybe. Has anyone else experienced a HOT!!!!! Spinbrush motor? Is the spinbrush motor too much for the stock FET's? Just a couple questions I've had. Feel free to pound on me for my ignorance.

What do ya think?

I don't know about the spinbrush motor but the stock motors all run hot on my rcp-track. I think the non stop laps allow heat build up.

Well after some thinking about it. I'm gonna change the pinion on my spinbrush. I'm waiting for my puller to come in now. It was too much work to get it off the first time. I think I was geared too tall for the short track. I put the "stage 2" 8 tooth" in it after I posted this and it ran cool.

Somewhere in the Xmod instructions, it said something like " for every 15 minutes of runtime, let it cool for 20 minutes". and that was referring to the stock motor..
