LOL thats been done.. BY ME my mini x uses xmod springs wheels and universal drives. the electronics were top notch for the price. the fets will take 8 with the extra slots it has you can beef it up to 16 with no prob. as for build quality and design, with the exception of the motor, it is the best. no other car has independent suspension. i dont call that crap the xmod uses suspension. only one control arm for each of the wheels?!?! anyways this is not a bash xmod post. jus want to let you know the the minix is a champ and cant be beat... well it can by a dtm car ;p
if you havent, you should all go hit up the minix side of this forum to see whats up

he means when you push the wheels on a mini x up simulating the suspension working its goes straight up, but with the xmod its tilts into the wheel wheel. if u dont understand what i just wrote i can take pics or draw a model on the word processor. just ask

sawhit4: where did you get your mini x from? im planning on getting one. i know you said you got it for xmas.
as for the motor. can you use different motors on these? i know you will lose the 4wd but i want speed so it dont really matter(i think). will the neo mags work with the stock motor?

Ah, gotcha. That is pretty ghetto. Oh well, you still get quite a bit for $50.

another thing about the xmod suspension is it doesnt seem like it would help much because when you push the car down it instantly bottems out, and mine (stock) even has trouble lifting the car off its bottem sometimes. but ill get the suspension upgrade soon.
