Skyline Paint Job---What to do?
I cant decide what color to paint my skyline. I want something out of the ordinary like a mirage( http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/paints/index.html. ) But i am unshure about the colors. I liked bc's gunmetal but I want to try something new. Any ideas?

First off, make sure you use the TS#'s for the Xmods. Also, do not use another brand of primer, the Tamiya may not stick well to it.
Here is the color chart...

Just about every color has been done, so just pick the color you like the best!

Huh? The PS#'s would be for painting the inside of clear lexan bodies. You have to paint the Xmod on the outside, and that is what the TS#'s are for.

Do you have to use primer? Any one know of any other mirage paints. I thik they are kinda cool. Im trying to stay away from solid normal colors. eg. blue, red, black, purple

Primer helps the paint stay on better. I think it also helps the total finished product overall.
