It could happen 2 u....
My new BCG set i got a few days ago, its a booster with a 4.2 motor... after a few hours of racing... i found out that the Axle of my bit was becoming more loose... is it because the axle is wearing down the plastic holding the axle? If so will the axle eventually wear down the plastic and fall off overtime?? Anyone know how to pervent this?

Unless you are running through some very abrasive dust and debris, your axle shouldn't be chewing up the chassis, not after just a couple hours.
Look for rough spots on the axle (a nick or scratch could be the cause of the wear).
Or the wheel might not be pushed on all the way, leaving the rough part of the axle exposed to rub on the chassis.
If you frequently swap axles, that will do it for sure, Sometimes you can remove the axle by bending on the chassis (carefully) while popping off the rear axle. The idea is to make the chassis gently release the axle, instead of just forcing it out.
If the car has one of the more flexible chassis, this can be done many times before any noticable wear shows up at the axle clips.
On one of my Panther clones, I superglued little "U" shaped metal strips right near the axle holder. This car should run a very long time, even if the plastic should wear down, the axle will ride in the new metal "U" clips, like a half-bushing.
On another car, I took a "T" shaped piece of metal and screwed it onto the bottom of the chassis. (if my axle clips were totally gone, this "T" bar would keep it from dropping out.)

To make the "U" clips, I took a thin strip of metal, and bent it over a spare axle so I knew it would fit. I cut off the extra metal, leaving one side longer so I could superglue or epoxy it to the chassis.
The car I did this on still had good axle clips, this mod was mainly to guard against the upper part of the chassis wearing the axle hole larger (can happen if your axle is full of deep scratches). A totally smooth axle should take nearly forever to cause any serious wear.
The T-bar is also made of scrap metal, actually two wire connector terminals soldered to a "L" shaped metal strip.
This would be screwed onto the chassis using the two holes under the motor.
Pics to come...

Chassis with one partially finished "U" clip (a bit too long and needs trimming) When attaching these, make sure the axle can still spin freely, because after you glue them in place, you have to pry real hard to get em off again!
They should line up exactly with the plastic clips on the chassis,
I used parts of a small audio transformer (they come apart into small metal bar strips, and big "E" shapes).
They are pretty strong and you usually need a good set of needle-nose pliers to work them into shape.
The most important part is getting them bent over the same size of axle that the car will use, and that an axle will turn freely when they are attached to the car.

A simpler method is just to slip the end of a paper matchstick in the little slot, it holds there just fine, no screws required \/
FMZPLAYER1, you don't mind if I use you picture do you?
