slow skyline but super fast rsx...why?
I have a skyline and my brother has a rsx and his car is quite a bit faster than mine and we just got them and neither of us have done mods. I was wondering if mine might be messed up and if i should return it. Its not like slow slow, but his just has more zip to it. He beats me every time in a drag even when he gives me a car length head start. But he hasnt beaten me on the little track we made...im just a better driver.... muuuhhhaaaa. But do you guys think something might be wrong with my car or is every car different and he just happend to get a beast. Everything else is fine, no abnormal noise, steering is fine..its just slower, but i am still satisfied with it and still have fun. So tell me what's up. thanks.

check out your gears, they might be meshing a little tighter than his. also try lookin for all grime and hair stuck in your wheels, that might take away a little of hte "pep" your talkin about

There are many variables at work that can make one car faster than the other. Are both cars using the same brand and type of batteries? Do the wheels spin with less friction on the faster car? Does one car just happen to have a faster motor than the other even though both motors are the same? Many things come into play because mass produced products, especially relatively new products have inconsistent production quality. One car may just need to be broken in more.
