Probs right out of the box

I just bought an Xmod about an hour ago. I was putting it together and studying it carefully. I got as far as putting on the wheels.
First problem is the Tires. The little plastic thing they come in was distorted and left impressions in the tires, none are round or smooth.
Second problem is the wheels are very loose and theres lots of slop in them. Tightening the nuts as tight as I dared helped but there is still about 1-1.5mm of slop.
Third problem is the front wheels. They contact the knuckles, and make alot of noise while spinning. Not to mention a potential loss in speed.
Fourth problem is the stance of the car. The left front wheel is about .75mm off the ground just sitting on a flat surface. If I push it down the right rear tire comes of the ground. It just kind of teters on the left rear and right front tires.

I love fixing these things myself, but should I take it back and get a better one to start with? Or will I find this on just about any I get. Three of us at my work bought them all at the same time and place. One guy has his put together and it seems much better than mine. The other guy hasnt opened his yet. Any advise?

The wheel nuts not going on all the way is pretty common. It is due to the fact that the nuts are closed ended and don't allow the axle threads to stick thru. You can drill them out before installing to cure that.

As for the wheels haveing flat spots from the packaging, if they don't return to original shape after being out a while, then return it.

If yoiu are having problems with the frront wheels rubbing though, you might as well return it for another.
