www.horizonhobby.com will have them for sale for $150 on Nov. 15. I will probably get 2 6 cell batts. One includes a charger and the cheaper one does not.

I purchased one through heather pawn @ 405-282-8899. Since my mini-x is down...... Im pickin one of these up til the mill shop gets my chassis done. Also goin to try out some li-poly 2040mah 7.2 volts in it.... I think it will fly like a mofo with them light batteries 2.98oz. my god............

picked mine up a week ago
killer little buggie she is
upgrades are avail put in order for tire/rims pneumatic shocks and motor (not sure if motor is from losi) oh and cell pack

if ya tightn the slipper gear a little she will pop wheelies hehe

she runs fine with alks but ya put rechargable batts in her, it ups the performance

run time - alkaline - not more than ten minutes before power
loss...slow top end

engergizer rechargable 2100mah -30 minutes
power loss happens quick top end better than alks
not sure bout cell pack cause im still waiting
for it to come in
disclaimer:...these runs time are what im getting


option upgrades here goes a quick list:

ball bearing (wheels and hubs)
wheels
tires/w foam inserts (standard rtr)
wheel/tires (glued)
pneumatic shocks (not sure bout that , thinkin oil dampined)
motor upgrade.. ill have to see what my LHS finds...gonna be interesting to see what they come up with (i trust them and i dont think losi is putting out a motor...yet...i could be worng though)

this buggie imo is pure losi

i cant wait to see what aftermarket products come out for this little demon

as for speed.... on smooth asphalt top end maybe at 10-12mph with rechargable batts posted in xmods, top end at 15 but prolly more closer to 10 12
alkalines close to what losi gives at top end maybe 8mph

the motor is the same as the mini rs4...... so orion has a nice selection of motors

I would suggest going to BlindBatteries.com and picking up a Rabid Chihuahua for under $30 and the right set of batteries u could easliy climb up to the 35+ MPH range!

Yeap it has won alot of Micro rs4 races....Thats what im gonan fit into mine im just waiting on the motor plate to come out for it

from what I read you dont have to use anything other than the stock plate on it for the motors.
