Why do you need to glue your tires to your rims?

Yes, the rubber cement will come off when you wish and it will not melt the plastic or rubber. It's just tacky enough to hold the tire on the rim, without the wheel spinning inside the tire, or the tire flying off.

You can get rubber cement almost anywhere. Try the toy section where they have the models and paint. Most likely they will be there. I have seen them for a while. I'm not too sure about the price though.

Try the school supplies or craft section at WM. Should be under $2.

There are specific products for tires. Its called tire glue and its sold at a lot of hobby shops. You can order it online at online hobby shops as well. Also, one wrap of double sided foam tape (maybe sheer will work too) is said to work really well for micro cars. I'd hold off on the rubber cement if you can find one of these.
