Just got the Skyline today...
Few weeks ago my local RS didn't have any skylines so i settled on the white Supra. Fun stuff i tell ya, I love the Supra...got the bearings, and AWD added to it. Shifted the battery cases to the rear and it power slides like crazy on my garage floor. Needless to say I've learned my lesson to only drive on very smooth surfaces...the underside of the supra looks bad and the car itself....haha, i won't even go there (i'll post some pics soon) lets just say I've rolled it a few times.
Well today I went to RS just browsing around and saw they had 2 Skylines sittin there....WOOT! I got one, werd up! Haven't taken it out of the package yet though. Just happy to actually have one now. I saw they also had the blue Civic's in...they had a few of them. I might ask for one for xmas or something i heard they are a lot quieter. Anywho...I'll post some pics up soon of the battledamaged Supra

when you test it can you answer these question:
do you havy any problems with the new skyline?
reason why i am asking because yours is probably the newer one, and i want to know if they still have problems.

Skylines
Yep, Skylines seem to be very popular. That's what I picked up... It was either that or the RSX, but the Skyline seemed to have more... personality or something.

umm, i was just lookin through that little book that comes with the kit.....and on page 9 it says "...., which has already been upgraded with the Stage 2 Motor Upgrade. Using a full out, Top Speed motor, with an 11-tooth fixed pinion gear, this Skyline...blah blah blah"
so I was like...really? SWEET!
and grabbed my skyline (which by the way I haven't put batteries in yet to even use.....lol) and took the body off...and looked...umm, stage 1...8 teeth. wtf?

LOL, I think that all the skylines and the other XMODS come with a 26,000 rpm motor. Im actually happy that I have that, because I have AWD.
