make custom plates.
here is a way to make your own custom plates for your car. just pick the state you want out of the list make the custom plate save the pic and print it out on decal paper.

someone posted that they were selling them on here but they wanted like $5 for them and $2 for shipping and all it was was paper insted of a decal.
