I used that to clean it before painting it. I'm not sure what it would have looked like if I had left it unpainted, it may have stripped the finish for all I know, so be carefull.

Gee, all I do is use a little compressed air to blow the heavy dirt out of everything then I grab a paper towel or two, the can of pledge, spray a little pledge on the towel and polish the body.
They sure do shine when I'm done, I hope I'm not messing my bodies up.

First I like to get a wet paper towel and rub it down with that to get most of the dirt off then I go over it with a windex towlette

Do you know about these windex towlettes? they are actually called "Windex Wipes" but they are like these sheets of moist towlettes except its windex they are soaked with.

Also, I use the wipes to clean the gears and other internal components when they get dirty. I simply cut a small peice of the wipe, fold it a couple of times, and get some tweezers to hold it with. Then, I rub down the components and the hard to reach places with it. Then, i go over the gears with a blast of WD40, and then get some axle grease on them and run the gears to get an even spread.

These wipes are also great for your real car, if you don't have the time to wash it but you need to see out of it better and there isn't a squeegee around just go over the windshield with some wipes and you are ready to go.

I use GOO-GONE! This thing is a freakin' miracle worker. This will take off almost anything without taking paint off your car.
