yea, mini RC cars are so hard to mod. The trick is having Small tools and a clamp... I didn't have a clamp and melted my accord wagon shell and it looks like someone shot a rocket launcher into the left door. well I mean a giant bullet or the flash. I have gotten past that modding phase because of that, I find that mods are interesting to read about but I'd rather just race them.

Yeah, I seriously don't think these cars are worth all those insane mods, they should probably be left on their own for racing and simple fun. It's true that these cars are fully customizable but we should have our limits when we mod them, not to the extent of putting 9V cells on top of the chassis.
I've got a bit char-g that has a spoilt front steering, lost suspension bar, burnt 2.2, broken pcb cover and jammed front wheels. I ended up wasting money on a booster with a different frequency, pulled out all the parts and used them. Now I don't really dare to do anything to it other than using accessories that are original... it's just a hobby to me.

hey cool u visit hobbytron too? be sure to use the coupon codes too if ur gona buy some more stuff from them, u can serch em off of google. mayb i shuld get some of those shens, like a case of 48.

and for the modding thing, i havnt had very good experience either, my zz se has a runtime of about only 40 seconds (even wen charged twice) after i tried to fix the steering. so im gona stik to noobish mods, hehe.

hmmm i dun get how you guys break so much stuff... the only one i ever broke was on purpose... damn thing would go straight 
just try to be gentle... and dont force stuff... if it dun wanna go, it's not going to. just out of curiosity... what kind of mods are you guys trying to do that breaks so many bits?
