The car looks ok. You just need to sand alot of the putty you added on. With all that putty it doesnt look right.

i tried a whole new thing painting it though. to mask the windows i used petroleum jelly(vaseline) so when the paint dries the vasilene wont and it will wipe right off.the primer looks cool right now but im gonna go with my original plan.

what ever happened...
What's wrong with masking tape? Stick it on, cut off the excess, sharp clean lines, no muss no fuss? Vaseline is interesting, but how the heck did you apply it and keep it where it's supposed to be...and I hope you don't heat lamp the paint dry cause that'd make a terrible mess!

the vaseline is dense so it stays wrre you wanna put it and that is just the primer the stuff im using is high gloss and no im not heat lampin it. i use to use tape but it never worked for me

That car looks pretty cool. By the way the use of vaseline for masking the car is very clever. I should try that.

thanks for all the complimenst everyone i have it all finished and the paint is dry but im gonna take the vaseline off tonight. im dyin to see it with the windows unmasked but patience is the key to a good paint job(you probably all know that already ) i am gonna enter it in the bit pimps comp and see what happens. im gonna paint some euro lights on.ill take pics of the unmasked windows tonight when my mom gets home. i love using vaselini for it because it is easy removal and it dosnt take the other paint of with it. it is also very easy to work with you just gotta be careful to not get it on any other part of the car and if you do you just wipe it off really good so it is normal to the touch and not slipery.
like i said thanks for all the comliments and ill post more pic tonight
