Hey ax0n,
Can you get a shot at more of a side-angle? A part of the problem with the ZZ bodies (IMO) is that they sit TOO HIGH on the Chassis, I'd like to see how yours is with the Lexan.
Thanks.

I already returned the camera but I can tell you that this particular body sits really high up. That's why I'm so interested in seeing latency's bodies once he's done!
I measured it, and the bottom of the body is 13mm from the ground in between the front and rear wheels. My front end is a little lower than a stock ZZ because I did the QFM spring suspension mod.

Here they are...
Ok, they did not turn out as I would have hoped, but they are OK.
Word of caution to those considering a lexan body.
1.) The slits I made to mount the body work to the car, got bigger with every wreck.
2.) The lexan bends very easily and does not protect your wheels and axles. After 1 of the table top wrecks where I sent the car flying, the car landed on the rear axle and bent my red axle.
Here are a few pics...sorry so fuzzy...

I love it! The color would be a lot deeper and realistic looking if you painted inside.
Thanxs for the tip on the wheels. That sucks ass dude. I'm glad I bought the performance tuner kit AND the F&F tuner kit. I have 2 of each axle now, and 3 of teh stock blue ones!
I love the touch that the decals give it. did you just find those for pinewood derby cars or what? The ONE PLACE that still has lexan HO Scale bodies locally didn't have anything in the way of decals specifically for the HO scale cars I pondered the decals I saw for the pinewood cars but they were kinda big and would look more like a banner for the car than a sponsorship logo.

What you want to look for....
are what they call "dry transfer" stickers. All hobby shops have them for railroads. The stickers on there are from a gas station set. They cost about $4 per sheet of stickers.
You would want to clear coat over them after you put them on, or they will tend to come off.

or put decals on first since you paint inside out it is just like pin striping just lay em out on the inside then paint over dark to light (dark colors first)and your decals will shine for ever and wont peel back
