All I can say is don't shop there if you don't like his rules. There are obviously lots of places to buy these gadgets.
I will tell you that my experience purchasing from him recently was first rate. He answered all my questions, took a phone call from me to answer more, discounted the price from his listings (due to quantity purchased) and shipped same day.
I think there is something to be said for good, reliable customer service.

actually the 3% is not a random number. if you are a seller(auctions and stuff) and you accept a credit card payment. you have to pay 2.7% to paypal. so he's charging you the 3% to cover the amount he's gonna loose to paypal (plus 0.3% profit)

Well I have orderd from Cosmo games and there prices were good and ther shipping and handling was awsome......they sent my A-86 tuneup box in 2 days from when I orderd.
Hope this helps...but I am going to go to Thuasnad Oak Ma;;, In California to see if my Connection ahas got these in.......

their price looks pretty bad. 34.99 for a regular set....
they're making more than $10USD than other online stores...

Update on cosmo games: They updated their price on fairlady to 36.99 hmmmm 2 buck increase within one day.

It is completely illegal for any store or any person to tack on the 3% for CC purchases. Anyone caught doing this will have their PayPal account/CC processing taken away. CC companies take it very seriously, because it hurts them when people charge more for CC than for cash.
